I'd already blogged about the Aaron Hernandez saga (Click herefor that write-up), so I just wanna focus on today's news about the alleged suicide First of all, the news of Hernandez hanging himself in a Massachusetts prison cell don't make sense How do you conjure up the urge to "86" yourself after a court acquittal for a double homicide, especially when his lawyer, Jose Baez, and reporters who followed both trials, had said that Hernandez was jovial in this trial in contrast to the first? Hernandez had a top notch lawyer in Baez, who got Casey Anthony off from allegedly murdering her daughter, and could've possibly won an appeal for Hernandez for the Odin Lloydmurder since he'd beaten the most recent double murder charge (Hernandez beating that charge had given him some reasonable doubt for the Odin case)
Something doesn't seem right... ...and the situation doesn't help that he died on the day of the New England Patriots' visit to the White House for their Super Bowl fiddy one victory over the Atlanta Falcons Was foul play involved? Protestors march during rush hour and stops traffic: Wow! Why do they have to do it this way? I'm on my way to work! There has to be a better way!
Protestors put hands up in solidarity before St. Louis Rams game: Ugh! Inappropriate! Shut up and play the game! There has to be a better way!
Protestors wear t-shirts that read "I Can't Breathe," before a sporting event: This isn't the platform for that, respect the game. There has to be a better way!
Protestors make passionate speech on BET: That's reverse racism. All lives matter! There has to be a better way! Protestors disrupt political rally: Ugh! We're not here to see you speak!
In Conclusion:
People are going to need to admit to themselves that they're not upset about how Black people are protesting...they're upset that Black people ARE protesting.
